IIT JEE Main Result 2013 – Check Results

IIT JEE Main Result 2013 will be announced on May 7th 2013. Central Board of Secondary Education CBSE conducted  IIT JEE Main Exam on April 7th 2013. More than Lakhs of candidates appeared for IIT JEE Main Exam and now they are waiting for results. This year, for the first time, the Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) is being conducted in two parts-JEE Main and JEE Advanced.
IIT JEE Main Exam conducted by CBSE and IIT JEE Advanced Exam 2013 will be conducted by Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs).  From next year onwards JEE Main and JEE Advanced will be conducted for admissions in IITs.

Among the successful candidates of IIT JEE Main Exam 2013 only top 1.5 lakh students in all categories who qualify in Paper – I of JEE Main-2013 across the country are eligible to appear for IIT JEE Advanced Exam 2013. Eligibility to appear for IIT – JEE Advanced will be decided by the score in the JEE Main Exam.
Admission to the undergraduate programmes at all IITs and ISM, Dhanbad, will be through the JEE Advanced- 2013.
Toppers in the IIT – JEE Main Exam 2013 will get a chance to seek admission in premier IITs in the country. Totally there are 10,000 seats in IIT.
To appear for JEE Advanced – 2013 exam candidates should register online at http://jeeadvonline.iitd.ac.in or jeeadv.iitd.ac.in from May 8 to 13.
Candidates must pay the examination fee as applicable through challan generated during registration process of all SBI branches having core banking solution (CBS) on or before May 13.

IIT – JEE Advanced 2013 Fee Details

The examination application fee for GE and OBC male candidates is Rs. 1,800.
The fee for SC, ST and Physically Disabled male candidates is Rs. 900.
There is no application fee for female candidates of all categories.
Registration will be considered complete only after the payment of this fee.

IIT – JEE Advanced 2013 Admit Card

After Registeration process is over, the Candidates can download IIT – JEE Advanced 2013 admit card.
The original admit card for the JEE Advanced – 2013 will be issued to the candidates in the respective examination centre on the day of the JEE Advanced – 2013 after verifying their candidature.
The Candidates are advised to keep IIT – JEE Advanced 2013 Admit Card safetly till the admission process is over.
