In a latest development, Hon’ble Madras High Court, has dismissed the petition that sought stay for TNTET result 2013.
Further Hon’ble Madras High Court has adjourned the case to November 18 2013
The petition which sought for staying TNTET Result 2013 came for hearing before Hon’ble Judges R.K Agarwal and Sathyanarayana. The plea before the court was to give relaxation for Backward class applicants of TET to the extent of 5% to 10% in marks and to Stay TNTET Result 2013 till the judgement in this case.
However, Hon’ble High Court did not accede to the plea of withholding TNTET Result 2013, and ordered that TNTET Result 2013 can be released before decision in this case.

The Common Admission Test (CAT),which holds the key to the 13 IIMs and other major B-schools in the country, has gone for a format makeover.

The Indian Institutes of Management (IIM) said the common admission test (CAT) this year will be held between 16 October and 11 November for admission to Post Graduate Programmes and Fellow Programmes with sectoral programmes on Agricultural and Rural Development, Energy and Power, Human Settlements and Environment, Population and Health, Transportation and Education Management across 40 cities.

This year, the 13 Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) have added 115 seats for B-School admissions, for a total of 3,335 seats across all IIMs. More than 200,000 students are expected to register for the exam seeking berths in 13 of the IIMs in India. Put together, all IIMs have nearly 3,200 seats available.

CAT has one-third negative marking, and statistics shows that that blind guessing almost always leads to a negative/low score, so avoid guess work. However, in case you have been able to eliminate two of the options, you can take a chance. Do not rush through the paper and do not get tensed. Do remember that if it is tough for you, then it is the same for others too.

TNPSC Group Main Exam Hall Ticket 2013 Online

TNPSC Group I Main Exam Hall Ticket 2013 – Tamilnadu Public Service Commission TNPS/c Group I Main Exam will be conducted on 25.10.2013, 26.10.2013 & 27.10.2013. 1,381 candidates are appearing for TNPSC Group I Main examination. Previously TNPSC Group I exam was conducted for the filing up the following vacancies in the public sector.
Total number of vacancies to be filled under Group 1 : 25 posts.

• Deputy Collector : 8 posts.
• Deputy Superintendent Police : 4 posts.
• Assistant Commissioner : 7 posts.
• District Employment Officer : 5 posts.
• District Registrar : 1 post.

75,704 candidates appeared for Group I examination and result for this examination had been declared earlier. 1,381 candidates passed in this examination. All these candidates are appearing for TNPSC Group I Main Examination. This examination is scheduled to be conducted in the month of September. Later it was postponed. Now the examination is scheduled to be conducted in the following dates.
